Causes of color difference in printing board

Printing board is rich in color and strict in production process, and now it has been widely used in furniture, home appliances and other industries. In the use of printing plate, sometimes there will be color difference, which will affect the normal use. Here is the reason for the color difference.

1. Substrate

The color difference is also affected by the size of the zinc flower on the substrate, and many small pits of different sizes will be formed at the grain boundary, which will affect the color difference on the printing board. For the light color, the color difference is particularly obvious. Choose the non zinc flower or small zinc flower substrate.

2. Coatings

Because of the uneven mixing of the coating or the big difference of the viscosity of the coating in different barrels, the coating extends from one side of the feed port to the direction of the reflux port in the feed tray, and there is a color difference band. In addition, changing the paint color, especially the two colors with large color contrast, will cause the color difference of the printing plate due to the unclean cleaning.

3. Chemical coating treatment

Improper chemical coating process results in too thick chemical coating and insufficient plate temperature after drying. If the roller body is damaged, yellow patches will be formed after drying, resulting in color difference of printing plate, especially light color.

In the production of printing board, the cooling water of the board should be properly kept overflowing, so that the condensed volatiles can be removed in time, so as to avoid the influence of color difference on the use effect. It can also form a certain thickness of coating through the coating process, which can play a decorative and protective role on the printed board.
